Katie Taylor's next fight has been confirmed with the Bray boxer set to attempt to unify all divisions in women's boxing when she takes on Belgium's Delfine Persoon at Madison Square Garden.

The highly-anticipated bout against Persoonwill take place on the undercard of Anthony Joshua's bout with Jarred Miller at the iconic New York venue on June 1.

Taylor added a third-World title to her collection after securing the WBO lightweight crown in Philadelphia last month with a ninth-round stoppage win over defending champion Rose Volante.

The Olympic gold medallist holds three of the four lightweight belts following the bruising contest and she has now set her sights on the final piece of the puzzle Delfine Persoons WBC title.

If Taylor maintains her unbeaten record againstPersoon she will join other three other boxers either male or female who currently hold all four world belts.

Speaking last month, Taylor confirmed Persoon, a Belgian railway policewoman, was who she wanted as her next opponent, saying: Thats the fight that I want next.

Its always been my goal to become the undisputed champion, Ive got three belts now and one to go.

Shes going to be my toughest opponent to date.

Shes been a reigning champion for years now, shes been in the pound-for-pound rankings for years as well, so shes a fantastic champion.

Persoon will certainly be the toughest test of Taylor's professional career so far, with the 34-year-old boasting an impressive record of 43 wins in 44 fights - with 18 of those victories coming via KOs.
