15-Year-Old McDonald's Employee Sustains Skull Fracture When Customer Kicks Her Head In Fight

A McDonald's worker endured a fractured skull and underwent surgery after a vicious assault by a customer.

Johnny Ricks, 25, was apprehended last Friday, charged with multiple offenses for attacking 15-year-old Aryiah Lynch in a McDonald's parking lot in St. Louis, Missouri, on April 8.

Video shows Ricks pulling her by the hair before stomping on her head.

Additionally, he is charged with repeatedly striking her in the face.

Following the incident, Aryiah's family created a GoFundMe page to support her recovery and have been posting updates about her health.

Aryiah suffered from a fractured skull, a broken nose, and injuries to her frontal lobe.

The conflict started when Ricks and a group of unidentified adults arrived at the drive-thru, behaving erratically.

The group then entered the restaurant, began destroying property, spitting at workers, and intimidating the staff.

"In the video you can see the adult male grabbing and dragging Aryiah by her long braids, and stomping on her head."

"He then let her go, but returned to punch her numerous times in her face. She was admitted to one of the local hospitals in Saint Louis with a skull fracture and frontal lobe damage."

"Aryiah had to have surgery April 17, which was a success. She is fighting hard to stay upbeat and heal but this is only the beginning of a very uphill battle."

"She is currently on bed rest in hopes to return to work."

After her successful surgeries, Aryiah shared her experience with local media, expressing her shock over the severity of the attack.

"It was getting loud… and being obnoxious in the drive-thru, so we said, 'if you want to get your order taken, step inside,'" she recounted.

"Getting stomped out by a grown man? I wasn't prepared for what was gonna happen."

Ricks is currently being held at the St. Louis County Justice Center, facing charges of felony assault and second-degree property damage.

Jimmy Williams, the owner of the McDonald's where the incident took place, has also made a statement.
