Guinness Facebook Group Criticized For Sharing Gemma Atkinson Photo, Labeled 'Boob-obsessed'

A controversial Guinness-focused Facebook page is facing criticism once again, this time for sharing pictures of women's breasts sourced from Google.

The page in question, Guinness Community, has previously faced backlash for claiming to focus solely on the famous stout while also exhibiting a noticeable fixation on women's breasts. However, a recent incident involving a picture of a woman holding a Guinness while wearing a revealing pink top has sparked fresh outrage.

The woman in the picture is identified as former glamour model and actor, now radio host, Gemma Atkinson. However, what stirred controversy was the realization among members of the group, evident from comments made shortly after the post was shared. "Are we just posting photos from Google now for likes?"

The comment itself garnered 84 likes, but that was overshadowed by Gemma's post, which has amassed over 1.6k likes at the time of writing.

The individual who initially commented also conducted a reverse image search on the picture, revealing that it was part of a series taken on a specific evening. The Daily Star has verified that the image originates from a Las Vegas-themed Samba Festival at Citi Bar Dublin, Ireland, on February 1, 2008.

Criticism has been raised regarding the decision to seek out and share this particular image on the page, prompting one individual to inquire:

Despite the concerns raised about the picture's origin, some members appeared indifferent, flooding the page with one-word comments praising the image.

The Guinness Community boasts approximately 277,000 members and professes to be "dedicated to celebrating and sharing our love for the iconic Irish stout."
