‘Blink Twice’ is the directorial debut of popular actress Zoë Kravitz, whom we’ve seen in films like Batman from 2022. She describes her project as a blend of horror and drama. She is also co-writer of the screenplay with E.T. Feigenbaum. Kravitz worked on the script herself since 2017 – back then, it was titled Pussy Island. She decided to change it after the scandals related to the #MeToo movement erupted.
Channing Tatum plays the role of the dark billionaire. The cast also includes Christian Slater, Simon Rex, Adria Arjona, Kyle MacLachlan, Haley Joel Osment, Geena Davis, and Alia Shawkat.
When billionaire Slater King meets waitress Frida (Naomie Ackie) at a gala, sparks fly between them. He invites her and his friends on vacation to his private island. It’s a true paradise. Nobody wants the trip to end until strange things start happening. Frida begins to question the reality surrounding her. There’s something wrong with this place. She must uncover the truth if she wants to survive.
