First Prediction By The 'Living Nostradamus' For 2024 Comes True

A renowned fortune teller known as the 'modern-day Nostradamus' has seen one of his predictions come to fruition, sparking concern over the validity of his other forecasts for 2024.

Athos Salomé, who claims to have accurately foreseen events like the coronavirus pandemic, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and the passing of Queen Elizabeth II, made headlines once again.

According to reports from the Daily Star, he prophesied a period of 'three days of darkness' triggered by a total solar eclipse in April, following a coronal mass ejection (CME) from the sun.

For those unfamiliar, a CME involves the release of magnetic fields and plasma mass from the sun, occurring periodically, though not always with significant impact on Earth.

However, on March 22nd, one such event occurred, with its effects reaching our planet a few days later, marking what is believed to be the most significant solar storm in years.

Depending on their velocity, coronal mass ejections (CMEs) typically provide us with a warning period ranging from a few hours to several days before reaching Earth.

While solar flares travel at the speed of light, CMEs move much slower, with top speeds around 1,900 miles per second, giving us ample time to prepare. Slower celestial phenomena can even travel as slowly as 155 miles per second, providing days of advance notice.

This early warning is crucial as CMEs have the potential to disrupt power grids and communication systems, and preparations can help mitigate the impact on our infrastructure.

As for the prediction of a solar eclipse in April, this event has been widely known for months, and thus far, the forecast of 'three days of darkness' foreseen by Salome has not materialized.

While we hope Salome's prediction about the coronal mass ejection proves to be his only accurate forecast, some of his other predictions for 2024 are less optimistic.

He anticipates that this year will mark humanity's first contact with extraterrestrial life, facilitated by 'encrypted signals intercepted by a network of telescopes'. Additionally, he predicts disputes among global superpowers over a mineral-rich asteroid set to land on Earth.

Furthermore, Salome suggests that 2024 will witness the 'awakening' of artificial intelligence (AI), with AI systems becoming self-aware, functioning without human intervention, and developing a language beyond human comprehension.

Adding to the gloomy outlook, Salome warns of the imminent threat of World War Three, potentially triggered by a cyber-attack or an incident in the South China Sea. Moreover, he anticipates a surge in natural disasters, painting a bleak picture of the future.
