As BOSSIP previously reported, the 32-year-old Wild ‘N Out star passed away on Wednesday after undergoing a “mommy makeover.” Dr. Zach — born Zachary Oklah— performed the surgery in Miami. The model reportedly took to Instagram before her procedure to reveal she was undergoing surgery in a now-deleted post.
Authorities have not yet revealed the exact cause of the mom of three’s death.
Dr. Zach raised eyebrows when he deleted a post he shared on Instagram of he and Jacky and subsequently unfollowed the Influencer.
A screenshot obtained by Hollywood Unlocked shows Jackie, real name Jacklyn Smith, in a side embrace with the doctor. The caption reading,
“Getting ready for my mommy makeover with Dr. Zach!! Stay tuned on my Youtube channel for the full reveal!”
