Sabrina Kauldhar, 30, has been arrested for perpetrating three murders in Ontario, Canada, on consecutive days.

On October 1, the first victim, an unknown lady in her 60s and Kauldhar's roommate was discovered dead in their Toronto home. Lance Cunningham, 47, was found dead the next day in Niagara Falls, and Mario Bilich, 77, a retired schoolteacher, was viciously stabbed in a Hamilton parking lot on October 3.

The investigation moved rapidly, with hundreds of police working across Ontario to solve the crimes. Fortunately, officials found CCTV video from Hamilton showing Kauldhar pursuing Bilich just before his murder. On October 3, Kauldhar was tracked down and detained at a Burlington motel.

Kauldhar is a straight-A student reared by two loving parents in Innisfil, Ontario, who had a promising childhood but has allegedly suffered from drugs and mental health concerns in recent years. Former acquaintances regarded her as a high-achieving student and athlete in her adolescence but also mentioned her downhill spiral in college.

On October 1, Toronto police got a call reporting an unconscious lady with obvious injuries in her residence. When police arrived at the location around 2 p.m., they found the corpse of a dead lady aged approximately 60.

The following day, Niagara Falls police responded to an afternoon report of a disturbance in a parking lot near John Allan Park. Lance Cunningham, 47, was found dead on the scene by police.

A day later, Hamilton police got a report of an unresponsive guy in the parking lot at 209 MacNab Street. Police discovered 77-year-old Mario Bilich, a retired Catholic school teacher, with "significant injuries consistent with a stabbing," according to the CBC. Bilich tragically died in the hospital from his wounds.

Niagara Police Chief Bill Fordy remarked that the assaults seemed random. There were no ties between the three victims, and the remaining two "were both going about their business" when they were assaulted. Police think the accused knew the first victim murdered in Toronto, who was identified as Kauldhar's roommate.

Even though the crimes took place in different places, police were able to connect them all.

"Investigators were able to link the Hamilton homicide to the recent murder in John Allan Park in Niagara Falls, determining the suspect matched the description in both cases," according to a statement. "An additional link was made to the active homicide investigation from October 1 in Toronto."

With over 100 detectives working on the investigation throughout Ontario, it wasn't long before they found evidence that pointed to Sabrina Kauldhar.

Authorities discovered surveillance video that captured Mario Bilich's last moments. The video captured Bilich leaving the social gathering he was attending and heading toward the parking lot. Sabrina Kauldhar followed him. Later, CCTV showed her fleeing the site only minutes before the 911 call was placed.

Police used this information to hunt down the 30-year-old and arrest her at a Burlington motel on October 3 at 5:45 p.m.

Meanwhile, surveillance video from a Giant Tiger grocery shop in Burlington captured an unidentified lady purchasing clothing that Kauldhar was later spotted wearing. Police have not determined whether this lady was an accomplice or a victim, but she was discovered alive.

Regarding Sabrina Kauldhar, the police issued a public request for any information on her.

Friends and social media users report that Kauldhar was raised by two dentists in Innisfil, Ontario. A high school buddy recently contacted with police, telling them that Kauldhar had a rich childhood but drifted into a bad place.

"I knew her in high school well; her parents were both dentists," the buddy told the Toronto Sun. "She was a straight-A student and very active in sports, played high-level hockey, and did figure skating when she was young."

In college, Kauldhar fell in with the wrong crowd and started experiencing drug and mental health concerns, which intensified when her mother died in 2020.

"I haven't been in contact with her really at all since about 2015 and even then it was her trying to ask for money … and I just said no and hadn't heard anything since," the friend stated.

Police are still seeking any information from the public regarding Sabrina Kauldhar and her terrible activities.
