Kim Kardashian Plans to Sue Kanye West Over Daughter North West

The relationship between ex-couple Kim Kardashian and Kanye West is rapidly heading south due to recent spats concerning their first born, North West.

Kanye recently went on an online rant accusing Kim of prohibiting him from seeing their children: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and Psalm, 5. Kim’s team denied the accusation, saying that the reality star show has always allowed the rapper to meet his kids, but that his decision to spend a lot of time in Tokyo made that difficult anyway. 

But, what’s more damaging in the X (formerly Twitter) rant was Kanye calling his ex and her family “sex workers” and alleged that she trafficked their children. 

The outburst happened almost concurrently with news that Kim tried to get a judge to stop the release of Kanye’s new song, which featured North and rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs, currently facing multiple allegations of sexual assaults and sexual batteries. Kanye dropped the song anyway, titled “Lonely Roads Still Go To Sunshine” – certainly not a move that will improve their dynamics. 

Now, it appears that the SKIMS founder has had enough. Kim is reportedly speaking with lawyers to revoke Kanye’s custody of the children. While the kids mostly stay with her due to Kanye’s nomadic lifestyle and erratic behaviors, the co-parents are still legally required to come together on decisions regarding the kids. With Kanye’s latest troubling misdemeanor, it looks like Kim is finally pushed to take drastic measures.
